ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2020
Thursday 17th September 2020, via Zoom 7.15 for 7:30pm
The Annual General Meeting of the West Yorkshire County Scout Council will be held this year via Zoom on Thursday 17th September 2020.
You are requested to book your intention to take part via the below link through Bookwhen by Sunday 30th August, then you will be sent a Zoom link to the meeting. This invitation and the right to nominate officers and vote at the AGM is open to the members of the County Scout Council. This year we will not be admitting observers.
The Agenda and Papers will be available to view here two weeks before the AGM.

All forms to be returned to the County Chair Linda Malloy chair @ wyscouts.org.uk (postal address available from your DC on request) by 21st August 2020
