The Viking Winter Camp is an all-inclusive camp with a fully organised programme jam packed with activities. The event runs from Saturday to Sunday with an optional camping night on Friday
Every Group will need to complete a Group Booking form. Make sure that all Leader attending complete the additional information on the form. In addition to this all participants will need a completed participation form, anyone without will not be able to attend the event. You will need two copies of this form – one for us (you’ll give us these when you sign in) and one for you. If you wish to order any clothing please do so as a group and complete the Clothing Order Form.
The Closing date for booking onto the Camp is Wednesday 1st February 2017 and the closing date for clothing orders to be available at camp is Friday 13th January 2017.
The Camp cost for Participants is £35. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Bradley Wood’ and for card payments please call 01484 715858. Leaders attend for free but are required to assist with the event during the weekend. Leaders will be allocated areas to help on during the weekend.
It is the Leaders responsibility to provide an adequate kit list. The event will supply toilet and washing facilities, shelter on activities where appropriate, communal shelters with alter fires in the camping area and covered eating areas. Please note that the event organisers cannot be held responsible for the damage or loss of any equipment brought to the event – please ensure that adequate insurance cover is in place.
Camping areas will be allocated on arrival, please bear in mind that you will be camping close to other groups. If you wish to request a specific site or would like to arrange to set up your tents early please contact us at email@example.com

Arrival at the event
Due to the number of vehicles arriving and leaving the site, Marshalls will be on duty to relieve congestion and oversee parking. Vehicles must be left in car parks throughout the weekend.
All medication for participants must be stored in a container and clearly marked with the name and dosage information of recipient. The contingent leader is responsible for the safe keeping and administering of any medication required by participants.
Lost property will be kept on site for two weeks and after that time all lost property will be donated to charity.
Departure from the event
Groups will be allocated a leaving time and cars will not be allowed onto site until all activities have finished.
