Boat Testing
All canoe and kayaks must be inspected annually in accordance with Scout H.Q. guidelines. Our level 3 coaching team offer a service to examine your craft in accordance with the regulations and subsequently provide a certificate and boat sticker free of charge. The inspection should be done by County personnel every 3 years, and the interim years can be approved by yourselves. The appropriate certificate should be completed and submitted to the County secretary annually.

It is recommended that the appropriate HQ Factsheets are consulted prior to undertaking any activities – the Factsheets can be found here.
